What we collect

• Free test: the address of the site tested and the result. Your IP address is never stored: only an irreversible hashed fingerprint limits the number of tests per hour. Kept 3 years.
• Report by email: your email address, with your consent. Purpose: sending the report, then at most two follow-up emails (an upgrade offer, an invitation to test again a month later). Legal basis: your consent. One-click unsubscribe in every email. Kept 3 years after the last exchange.
• Orders: your email, the business details you enter for the upgrade (name, trade, address, phone, opening hours, prices), the tests made for your order. Purpose: fulfilling the order. Legal basis: the contract. Kept for the legal retention period of accounting records (10 years) for invoicing, 3 years for the rest.
• Requests passed by assistants: the name, contact and message sent by an AI assistant to a client's door are emailed to that client, without being kept by LiaScan. Purpose: letting the business answer the requester.
• Audience: a simple daily counter (visits, tests, orders), no cookie, no IP address, no third-party service.
• Security: IP addresses of suspicious requests are kept 90 days at most, to block attacks.

Processors

• OVH SAS (France): hosting.
• Brevo (France): sending emails.
• OpenRouter, Inc. (United States): routing the visibility-tracking questions to AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity). They receive the tracked questions and the brand and competitor names, never personal data.
• Stripe (Ireland): online payment. We never see your card details.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing or ask for its portability by writing to cdelage.dev@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site only uses a technical session cookie, needed by its forms. No advertising or audience cookie: nothing to accept.
