Purpose

These terms govern the services of LiaScan: the free test of what an artificial intelligence assistant understands of a website, the upgrade and the monthly follow-up, ordered and paid online. The paid services are for professionals (companies, craftspeople, shops, independent professions) acting for their business: the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.

Free test

The test reads the public pages of the site given, as AI assistants' robots do, and gives an indicative result. It only reads public pages, without filling in or clicking anything. Only test sites you are entitled to have tested.

Upgrade (290 € excl. VAT)

After payment, you answer a few questions about your business (name, address, opening hours, prices, how to book). LiaScan generates from your answers what makes your site readable by AI assistants: structured data, an information block in text, an llms.txt file, a Markdown version, rules for AI robots, with a guide for your platform (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or other). You or your provider install them on your site. A new test, included, measures the result.

They are delivered in your client space as soon as your answers are saved. You can correct your answers: everything is generated again. The information you provide is your responsibility; check it before publishing it.

Door for assistants

The upgrade includes a door for AI assistants, hosted by LiaScan at its own address: it gives assistants your details (from your answers) and lets them pass you quote requests, appointment requests or questions from their users. These requests are emailed to you; you answer them yourself. No booking, order or confirmation is made on your behalf. LiaScan limits the number of requests to prevent abuse, but guarantees neither their number nor their seriousness.

The door is active for one year from delivery, then as long as a monthly follow-up runs.

Monthly follow-up (29 € excl. VAT per month)

Your door kept open, and a new test of your site every month, sent by email, with the change since the previous one. No commitment: stop it at any time from your client space; it ends at the end of the current month, with no refund of the month started.

AI visibility tracking

The monthly follow-up (10 questions) and Visibility Pro (99 € excl. VAT per month, 50 questions) ask the questions chosen by the client to several AI models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) every week through their official programming interfaces, with web search when the model offers it, and analyse the answers: presence of the brand, rank, tone, sources cited, competitors. These answers can differ from those a given user gets (history, location, app version): they show a trend, not a guarantee. Subscriptions have no commitment and end at the end of the current month.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT at the current rate (20 %) is added at payment. Payment is made online, by card, through our provider Stripe, which issues and emails the invoice. The order is firm upon payment. If we cannot deliver the upgrade through our own fault, we refund you.

Nature of the service

AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini…) are run by third parties and change often. LiaScan makes your site easier for them to read and use, and measures the result with its own test; it guarantees no ranking, citation or number of customers coming from these assistants. LiaScan has an obligation of means. The score is not a certification.

Emails

We write to you about your tests and orders. Commercial follow-up emails carry a link to stop receiving them.

Liability

The liability of LiaScan is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. LiaScan is not liable for indirect damage, nor for changes made to your site by you or your provider.

Governing law

French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Melun have jurisdiction.
